Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, uploading data, importing CSV files, uploading LinkedIn connection exports, or using zLynqo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

zLynqo is a network intelligence workspace that supports account creation, CSV import, LinkedIn export upload, profile matching, searching, contact management, record export, and current or future networking, recruiting, sales, lead intelligence, job seeker, recruiter, company, and commercial data features.

zLynqo operates the platform and may use uploaded data for product, operational, analytical, commercial, resale, licensing, and business purposes.

By uploading data to zLynqo, you agree that zLynqo may use your uploaded data and workspace data for current and future commercial purposes, including product features, business operations, monetization, licensing, resale, data products, matching, recruiting, sales intelligence, lead intelligence, network intelligence, recommendations, enrichment, analytics, and other related services.

zLynqo may store, process, analyze, use, commercialize, share, license, resell, distribute, publish, and otherwise use uploaded data and workspace data as part of the service.

zLynqo may do this for current or future product features without asking for separate permission every time, unless required by law.

zLynqo reserves the right to resell, license, share, distribute, publish, commercialize, or otherwise make available uploaded data, processed data, enriched data, matched data, aggregated data, derived data, workspace data, or data products created from uploaded data.

Some data may become visible, accessible, searchable, shareable, licensable, resellable, or commercially available through non-public product features, partner integrations, internal systems, public-facing features, marketplaces, public directories, commercial databases, lead products, recruiting products, sales intelligence products, or similar features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, consent, lawful basis, or authority to upload LinkedIn exports, CSV files, contact records, job seeker data, recruiter data, company data, lead data, or any third-party personal or business data into zLynqo.

You are responsible for any data you upload, including whether it is lawful to upload, process, commercialize, or share that data.

If you invite other users to your workspace, you are responsible for what those invited members do with the workspace data. Inviting someone grants them access to view, search, export, and use records in that workspace. zLynqo is not responsible for actions taken by invited users you add to your workspace.

zLynqo will take reasonable steps to protect account security and workspace access.

Your signed-in workspace is private from ordinary users unless a product feature, commercial feature, sharing feature, resale feature, licensing feature, public feature, or data product makes certain uploaded, processed, enriched, matched, aggregated, or derived data available.

We do not promise that all data will remain private, never shared, never sold, never licensed, never resold, or never made public.

If you do not want zLynqo to use, commercialize, resell, license, share, distribute, publish, or make available the data you upload, do not upload that data or use the service.

If you do not want a feature to process your data, do not use that feature.

Unless a law requires a separate notice or consent, zLynqo is not required to ask for separate permission every time it introduces a related future feature, commercial feature, resale model, licensing model, data product, or monetization model that uses data you already uploaded or created in your workspace.

Your account is tied to your workspace. Keep your credentials secure and do not share access with others.

Only your account can access its own workspace data and uploaded CSV records.

You do not have rights to view, use, or export another user's workspace data.

We may suspend access if usage violates the service rules or disrupts the system.
